Warm from the oven - homemde chocolate chip cookies with crunchy peanut butter and walnuts folded into the batter.
Valentine's Day confections with chocolate covered cherries, nuts and innumerable surprises . . .
Peanut butter cups. No need to elaborate.
Sweet and sour stuffed cabbage, sweetened with apricot preserves, brown sugar - soured with lemon juice and/or balsamic vinegar.
Homemade shredded potato pancakes with onions - served with sour cream and fresh applesauce.
Toasted marshmallows - almost black on the outside, pure hot creamy goo inside.
Crisp cinnamon toast enlivened with butter and cinnamon sugar.
