"Then we'll ride the funicular to the parade."
The maid bowed in humble and ready acceptance
Though she had not a clue what the queen could have meant.
But she knew her friend 'Google' could be called upon
For meanings of words, he's a complete lexicon.
So she sat at her 'window' and sent forth her mouse.
The smooth creature took commands from window to house.
"What means this word, "cornichon"?" she set it to ask.
When the answer came back it was sure, clear and fast.
'Cornichons are French pickles to serve with pate.
They're sour, they're small'; I'll use our new tray.
Then for her smart maid the queen again sent with haste.
"You must get us good seats. We'll have only the best.
Again to her 'window' the maid fairly flew.
Dear 'Google', that funicular, what do I do?
My story, so silly, is miniscule for a list
of questions that when 'googled' can be put to rest.
Is there anything out there that 'Google' won't know?
Yes, about the return of one whiter than snow.
He's coming back for us - Our Lord's promised us that.
Our job is to wait and be ready, stay 'on track'.
It's written of that time, "No one knows, no not one.
Not the angels, just the Father, not even the Son." (From Matthew24:36)
So Google whatever you will, but remember
That day we'll not know when He brings our 'forever'.
