Blessed be His name,
The One who did my sins forgive,
Exchanging them for joy and peace within.

Blessed be His name,
The One who chose to die instead of me
And put all my disgrace upon His perfect self.

Blessed be His name,
The One who loved me ere He formed me in my mother’s womb,
Before ever He created the world and everything within.

Blessed be His name,
The One who intercedes for me when I have need
And lack the power or peace of mind to pray.

Blessed be His name,
The One who sees inside my heart,
Who knows my every thought and measures every motive.

Blessed be His name,
The One who cares when I am sad, misunderstood, or lonely
And compassionately ministers to me in my grief.

Blessed be His name,
The One who understands my humanness
Because He came from heaven and took that self-same form.

Blessed be His name,
The One who sees my suffering
And stays beside me all the while, remembering His own pain.

Blessed be His name,
The One who knows each word that I will speak
Before I ever utter even the first one.

Blessed be His name,
The One who weeps when I neglect to do the things I ought
And fail to show to others the love He’s shown to me.

Blessed be His name,
The one who guides my every step,
Making smooth the path for the plans He has for me.

Blessed be His name,
The One who promised to prepare a place for me to dwell
And worship Him forever, along with all His saints.

Blessed be His name,
Blessed Jesus, Father God, Holy Spirit—Three in One.
The One who loves you just like He loves me.

This is beautiful! You give your testimony of everything He has done and is doing for you, and then you conclude by telling your reader He loves him in exactly the same way! That made me go back and read it again with a whole new perspective.
