Speaks and it comes into being. "Let there be light," and there is light.
Time begins at His command.
Only His word. That's all it took. Yet, Only His word could have this power.
Nebulas and galaxies, stars and constellations, planets and comets. He paints the sky with the sunrise. Sunset gives way to clear nights. The sky is His canvas. The heavens declare the glory of God.
Intricate details, from atoms, molecules, and cells, to the immense heavenly bodies that inhabit the universe,
Stretching out beyond measure.
His divine signature touches everything.
Mountains bow down before Him, as all creation – from the grains of sand to the oceans, from the tiny ant to the great whale – cries out to their Creator,
Exalting Him as the Great I AM.
Now we on earth, his most beloved of all creation, saved by grace alone, look at the earth and heavens in awestruck reverence as we proclaim, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty;
The whole earth is full of His glory."
