Stuffing kids in lockers,
As if to package them up
And ship them off
Straight to hell.
It was funny
Painting boys with ketchup
And watching them wear
Their red badge of shame
For the rest of the day,
As if their dignity had died
And left its blood
For all to see.
It was funny
Naming losers “queer”,
High from the throne
Of your laurelled masculinity,
As if to castrate them
With the scalpels
Of your social status.
It was funny
Living as kings and queens,
Watching your serfs
Bob their way around you,
Daring not to touch
Even your footprints
Because of the fear
Of being ground into the dust
Beneath your feet.
Yes, it was hilarious,
But when the joke
Was fully told,
And fifteen crosses stood
At Rebel Hill,
Nobody laughed
But Satan himself.
Note: Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold killed 12 classmates, 1 teacher, and themselves in a shooting spree at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999.

A touching story exolaining the background to the massacre of so many young people and a teacher.
Satan, really does love such jokes.
You tell the story well and fit it perfectly into the topic.
