New born first time baby news
Heralds the gitchy and the goos
Every movement on God’s film
Of little her or little him

Kindergarten at square one
Letters made and ribbons won
On through high school and to college
Heads grown big and stuffed with knowledge

Wedding day so filled with pride
Handsome groom and lovely bride
As earth’s clock shouts tick-tick-tick
Pictures perfect click-click-click
~Snap~
Faded shots call from the past
Moments loved but gone too fast
Turn around and feel surprised
That Life ran out… so many died
~Snap~
When we reach the end of breath
And each one steps through veil of death
The only picture left behind
Should be for those who stumble, blind
~Snap~
Did photos that we brought to light
Develop image clear and bright
From darkroom of the negative
To show the truth of how to live
~Snap-Snap-Snap~
The only Eye, the ONE Supreme
Not in the lens, not in a dream
Trying to complete His plan
Searches for one righteous man
~Rewind and Focus~
We sit--we loll-- we strike a pose
What makes us right is not our clothes
But how we see eternity
And what we do without one plea
Racing for the finish line
Looking for the final sign
Listening to the WORD that’s preached
Reward is in decision reached
~Flash-Flash-Flash~
Just as He said, the time draws near
When some will tremble, some will fear
Before we blink or pass the cup
(((Hallelujah!)))
Our Lord will come and SNAP US UP!
