Opal raindrops
Fall
From ashen clouds

Silvery tinsels of rain
Waver
In briny winds

Pearl tinted raindrops
Splash
Into lavender petals

To languish upon
Empty
Watery graves

Hungry seas
Rejoice
Their prodigal return

Yet by God’s
Command
Life be unbounded

Man and earth
Blessed
By God’s loneliness

The Creator’s
Ache
Of Love sustained

By His word
Void
Made into being

Hear/watch ye all
The Infinite cycle of life

Scented gusts
Coax
The belly of the clouds

They roll upon the land
Gravid
With bounty

Tinseled rain now
Wafted
In Eden's air

Gentle rains
Splash
Upon the earth

Droplets shatter clay
Upwards
Altered into outstretched arms

But vain be the
Reach
For brittle be the clay

Mortal vessels
Weakened
Bereft yet of Grace

Brief beauty
Returned
Back unto dust

Yet, man and earth
Blessed
By God’s loneliness

The Creator’s
Ache
Of Love sustained

That in Christ be the
Sacrifice
That souls should endure

Kept in perfect
Peace
And timeless harmony

Immortality found in
Mercy
Mercy slave to love

Hear/watch ye all
The infinite cycle of life

To God’s Grace
We bow

The parallels, the raindrops, God's creation of man and the garden of Eden, I especially like your description of man "brittle be the clay" and "mortal vessels, weakened, bereft yet of Grace" then your eloquence concerning God's remedy for man, "man and earth blessed by God's loneliness" "The Creator's Ache of Love sustained." Your message is profound wrapped in layers of symbolism and eloquent descriptions. Amazing!
