Some people think that brown’s ho-hummy,
But speaking for my rounded tummy,
"I love chocolate."

For fudge that’s mixed with peanut butter,
From time to time I’m heard to mutter,
“I love chocolate.”

Godiva makes a sweet confection
That rates to me as pure perfection.
I love chocolate.

With pudding or dark creamy pie—
“Give me some more,” my taste buds cry.
I love chocolate.

For ice cream “yum” in every way,
It’s Rocky Road that rocks my day.
I love chocolate.

As for the chocolate in candy,
Crinkles, chips, and chunks are dandy.
I love chocolate.

I'll have a cocoa cappuccino
Or maybe mocha frappachino.
I love chocolate.

I’ll take my cookies rolled or dropped,
As long as Hershey kisses topped.
I love chocolate.

I like all cakes, I must admit,
But devils food’s my favorite.
I love chocolate.

Add brownies, bars, and sweet fondues;
From all these treats, it’s hard to choose.
I love chocolate.

Chocolate’s my favorite color;
‘Cause it tastes better than any other.
I LOVE CHOCOLATE!

Every person in FW is going to relate to your entry! :-) I could just taste it, as I read each description and I finally gave in and went to my stash and got a piece of Russell Stover chocolate covered coconut! I should have written about chocolate exclusively. There's no way you can not win with this entry! Big time Kudos!

Oooh, Me too! Me too!! I do SO love chocolate! ^_^ Great use of the repeating line and I'm sure practically every writer can relate to the lure of chocolate at some time or another. Really great use of topic! ^_^

I can definitely relate. My two favorite browns: chocolate and brown eyes :) By the way, does it take you very long to write these poems? The clever rhymes seem to just roll into place. I love it!
