Giving voice to
el Paseo.
Weave your song with
strings and flute now,
As we weave our
steps together.
Dance the tango,

own adornos,

Author’s note: The tango has its beginning in Argentina and has been evolving for over a century. A mixture of dances and cultures has gone into the creation of this popular dance. It is characterized by accenting the first and third beats of the music.
Adornos: adornments or embellishments added by the dancers.
Bandoneon (ban-DOH-nee-ohn) a small, sqare concertina or accordion with buttons instead of a keyboard.
