Great awards are handed out.
All the saints throughout the ages,
All the righteous and devout
Gather for these celebrations,
Times of singing, joy and mirth;
Time to honor someone special
For the things they’d done on earth.
Trusted angels rise to signal
Honorees up to the throne.
They’ll reveal some precious secrets
That til now have been unknown.
On this night they call my mother
Who appears to be quite dazed;
She was loved by all who knew her
But not used to being praised.
Now escorted to the front
Where sits the holy Trinity:
Father, Son and Holy Spirit
In Their blest divinity.
As my mother nears their thrones,
Then each One stands, an awesome sight;
They reach out to greet my Mother
On this very special night.
God invited Mother’s children
To come forward to present
Gifts for things that she had taught us,
Gifts of jewels for this event.
First to come to bring her rubies
Is my youngest brother, John,
“When all others seemed to fail me,
She’s the one I counted on.”
Next to place a diamond necklace
Round the neck of Mother dear
Is my sister who was blind
But Mother taught to persevere.
All of Mother’s children give her
Precious gems, not seen on earth.
How the crowds gasped as they view them,
Speculating on their worth.
Then the unexpected happens
As the Lord stands to his feet.
“I would like to show you something
Or this night won’t be complete.
All of you who came to know Me
Through the efforts of this One,
Will you stand up now to show her
What her faithfulness has done?
Dozens stand and smile at Mother
Who cannot believe her eyes;
She had lost track of so many
And this was a grand surprise.
Mother, humbled by the tributes,
Laden down with jewels so rare,
Watch the crowd as they’re applauding;
Time to end this grand affair .
All eyes quickly turn to Mother
Who has risen from her seat,
Kneeling down before her Savior,
Lays her jewels at Jesus’ feet.

This is definitely a piece worthy of the master's category. Thank you for sharing it. :)
Maybe just a small seed but still a seed indead, enough for God to water and spread his light upon for many others to see. So on and on that word traveled to how many more, we never realy know until that day when he says: "Well done thy good and faithful servent"
