A beautiful sunrise or sunset, the magnificence of an Oak tree, or the beauty of a Crepe Myrtle covered in hot pink blossoms, a delicate orchid, or the happy face of a Sunflower; and oh yes, the awesomeness of the Oceans.
Our earth is filled with things that speak confidence, endurance, and hope to the inside person we call "me."
The voice we hear may be quiet, even ever so quiet, but it is heard. We are happy that these beauties of Nature belong to our world, to our existence.
The beautiful and inspiring productions of Nature which we see are varied depending on the locality in which we live, but they speak to us and provide enjoyment, and they whisper to us, "Come here, come closer."
Not everyone wishes to acknowledge God as The Creator and no doubt that is one of the reasons some ancients, and some moderns, attribute the grand designs we see to Mother Nature. It is an act of thievery.
There is no Mother Nature; the idea is a pagan myth.
There is Father God, Creator of all Nature and His is the voice we hear: while the Schemer says, "Look here, see Mother Nature; hear her speaking to you."
Romans 1:20 Paul tells us that mankind is without excuse IF he says he does not know that God exists, because God's handiwork provides evidence in all of Nature around us.
The problem is, of course, that God's Enemy has devised Mother Nature and suggests that we hear a voice from her in the earthly beauty that we enjoy.
We become complicit with the Ventriloquist Schemer when we view the creations of our Father God and attribute the glory of it to Mother Nature. In doing so we rob God of a heart desire of His, which is to communicate with us and to have us to adore Him with thankfulness, and to appreciate those things He has made for our enjoyment, and to provide for our needs.
In the past I too have been a blind participator in the Ventriloquist Scheme, but now, every time I hear the phrase "Mother Nature" I correct it to "Father God."
When I am touched inside by the beauty of a flower, or the ocean, or anything created, I acknowledge that it is the hand work of My Father and it is comforting and confirming to me that He is very active in this world in which I live.
Ps. 24: 1 "The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the earth and they that dwell therein."
