Faith...in the waiting
that is what I ask for
My heart has requested much
And oft‘… an open door
or that windows closed,
would come ajar,
I cry my tears
I have these scars…

At this present time
I hear no concise voice
shall I spend time on doubt
or truth? …I have a choice
so, I must expect…
to one day see
past this cloud of
uncertainty…

Faith…is far greater
than lavish riches of gold
an ornament refining
in His hands He doth hold
my past, present, future
gems in His palm
I, in His grasp
shall remain calm

And have faith…

"Faith in the waiting" - great phrase. Faith in the waiting until that glorious homecoming day when we shall see things more clearly.

Nice ending - its always better when a poem ends well, rather than starts well and goes downhill from there...
Hope this one does well in the Challenge.
