TITLE: A Far Out Perspective | Previous Challenge Entry

If I landed on Earth in a ship sent from deep outer space,
I can only imagine my shock at the dreadful disgrace
Of the media, publishing, audio, visual, all
Of it spewing forth freely such half-truths and lies from its maw!
But what's even more troubling is that the inhabitants seem
Quite oblivious just how the media skew news and scheme
To make right appear wrong, and what's bad to be good. It's insane!
But upon further research I see those resisting this bane.
Though the press that predominates tries hard to vilify those
Who are seeking to spread the Creator's good news to His foes.
Praise the Lord that His truth is still spreading across every land,
And, ironically, seems to spread faster in those where it's banned.
I should never have doubted, because, as I'm told in His Word,
That He will not return until all in creation have heard
That God loves them and sent His own Son their redemption to pay,
So that Heaven is open to all who will trust and obey.

THIS line is golden! Definitely my favorite. I really like the perspective of this poem. Well-rhymed and well-said.
