Oh that's great. I was almost envious of your experience ... yet I like the warmth of a fire, the cushions of my favorite reading chair, and the afghan my grandma made. Your writing made it seem like a real adventure, though. Nice job. Have you considered writing a nature/personal essay compilation of your experiences? There is a market for that out there, and the fact that you give God glory for your experience makes it even more worth reading.

I enjoyed this essay very much, brought back so many memories of camping days. Well done, thanks for posting.
Excellent entry. I felt like I was there and loved the connection to working together and every member of the Body being necessary.

A wonderful account, very nicely done. I've been "polar bear campiing" once -never again -that's one type of camping I can do without lol
