Anger can be an awesome subject, dealt with only from the root of the soul. Anger is like a lead bullet, forever poisoning the soul and aggravating the mind, it eats at the stomach and is often mistaken for ulcers. So have you seen your anger today? Did you forget your smile today?
Anger shows up in your speech, it shows up on your face, shows up in your hair style, and even shows up in the clothes you wear! I know you’re probably sitting out there, saying, “no it don’t,” but it does! Just think about it. Have you ever gone to your closet to pick out your clothes for the day when you’re mad about something? Now think, what color did you choose? Was it pink, white, or pretty lavender, or was it a dark color like a gray or a black or brown?
Don’t worry all you men out there; I probably know you won’t be putting on any of these pinks or lavenders,
or who knows? If you’re a member of this new generation, you might even wear those darling colors; but just in case you don’t, your attitude shows up in the tie you wear, or the logo on your shirt, or even those dark, dark socks you put on your feet.
Have you ever tried to sing when you’re angry, can you? Can you smile when you’re angry? Happiness and anger do not mix. Try saying good morning to someone when you’re angry. If you start your day out by being angry, you better try to make amends before it’s destroyed your whole day.
I’m often heard this quote, “I’m so angry I could bite a nail”! I heard that coming from my mouth one day and I thought of a bucket of rusty nails. I could see me eating a whole bucket of rusty nails and have that terrible stain all over my mouth and invading my pearly white teeth and then all of a sudden my anger disappeared into thin air. I actually forget what I was angry about in the first place.
I’ve often thought about putting my anger problems in a bucket, filling the bucket with life cleansing water,
And digging a hole in my back yard, my yard would be full of new dug holes,
but I believe I would leave singing a Zion Song.
God talks to me a lot when I’m angry, reminding me who I am. “Sweetheart, you’re a child of the King and Kingdom children don’t act like that”! When I’ve spurted out in anger, He talks to me like a child.
And that’s exactly what I’m acting like, a child. I’m so glad he disciplines me in a quiet voice.
To hold anger in is like a time bomb ready to explode at an instant thought.
I am only human, and until I become spirit, I will do as humans do.
Emotions are a part of being mortal, and as long as I am a breathing living soul,
I will continue to get angry, and I will never master my anger problem, but I have someone who lives
inside me to remind me of my anger and help me with it.
Now I must search this anger I’m feeling; I must reason this out in my mind! Have I angered too much? Just exactly what right have I got to be this angry? After the reasoning, and then prayer, I know what I must do; I must go to this person I am angry at and say: “If I’ve said or done anything to hurt you, please forgive me"! Then I know I’ve done it Gods way and this Kingdom child is headed for a blessing!
Ephesians 4:26 (Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath)
James: 19-20 (This you know, my beloved brethren, But let everyone be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;
For the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.
Proverbs 14:29 (He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who is quick-tempered exalts folly.)
Proverbs 16:32 ( He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city.)

I hope you don't mind me pointing out those things. Overall, there was a lot said and you made some excellent points.
