“What? My Son.”
“That sweet fragrance?”
“Is it the bouquet of lilac or lavender?”
“Or is it the smell of the air after a rain?”
“Or could it be the sweet smell of a baby’s head?”
“No, my Son.”
“Could it be the aroma of delicious food?”
“Could it be the odor of the pine and the spruce?”
“Perhaps it is the essence of a sweet perfume?”
“No, my Son.”
“Is it a whiff of peace?”
“Is it the scent of joy?”
“Or the elusive smell of happiness?”
“No, my Son.”
“Is it the sweet smell of victory?”
“Or the sweet smell of success?”
“Could it be the soothing balm of love?”
“No, my Son.”
“Then tell me Father, what is it?”
“Listen and you will hear.”
“It’s my children,
“Offering up praises, for some even in their pain.”
“But it is their prayers that you smell.”
“It comes to me like a sweet savour.”
“Of all the fragrances is that your favorite?”
“Yes, my Son.”

With Jan's comment about using italics to differentiate the speakers, I tend to agree, because of the style of your piece. It is possible to do this, but you need to know a little bit of html coding to add before and after the words you want to see in italics. If you'd like to know how to do it, just send me a private message and I'll let you know.
