Next, go get some rich, wonderful smelling dirt. Season it with fertilizer and maybe some helpings of tenderizer. Mix it well and then place your gift into the soil. Now cover it up so it is hidden deep within your vessel. It is the perfect time for you to receive this gift for it is spring. Spring is a time of new beginnings, new hope and beautiful sun-filled horizons. Spring is a season in which your gift will make it or break it depending on your devotion to it’s well-being. You must choose to accept your gift and then bring it into fullness of life.
Now over the span of the next few weeks, you have some work to do. You will need to water your gift. Making sure to devote special time each day to give your gift proper hydration so it may soak up the knowledge it is cared for. You will need to remove any weeds which may arise during this crucial time period. If you allow weeds to carelessly grow around your gift, it will lose its value and not be able to be seen by the seekers. You will also need to do one more important task, shine on it. You may want to set a certain time of day to shower it with your very own sunlight. You know the light which comes from within you? The light which was lit when you accepted the Father as your gardener?
Look! Oh my, it’s sprouting. Can you see it? Oh how excited I am for your gift! Are you not as joyous as I feel?
Now, this is the last task and it’s the hardest, nurturing. Now you must continue on with the watering, weeding and shining, however you need to add unconditional love to your gift. No matter what storms brew upon your gift, you must protect it, shield it from anxiety, loneliness, growing beyond it’s pot and all the other hail storms which may come. Spring will help you with this portion of caring for your gift, for spring brings with it renewal and life. It brings it’s own source of rain and within it comes healing from the Master Gardener. For you see, we are apprentices in this gardening venue, we are taught by the Father to tend our gardens. Who better to learn from than the creator of all things?
Oh my goodness! It’s blooming now! It’s radiant! It’s a reflection is of you and your faithfulness to care for it.
You now can share with others your gardening skills. Once your seed, which was given to you by the Father before you were created, blooms into all its intended glory, you may share it with the world. It will be seen by all those who are seeking something beautiful in their lives. When others walk by and see what you have devoted your time to developing, they will want you to share your secrets with them. They will be eager to learn your gardening skills so that they may also produce such wonderful garden items. As you share your happiness for gardening with others, soon a vast expanse of a garden will begin to appear. People will be looking towards these gardeners to guide them through the planting of their seeds as well.
Imagine the fruit which can be produced in just one springtime of well-tended, well-watered and well- loved seeds? And the unconditional love thing, well it goes for all seeds. Wicked seeds, scattered seeds, unwanted seeds and yes even misshaped seeds. All seeds are perfect in the eyes of God and He needs gardeners who are willing to step up during the spring times to increase His gardens’ potential. He needs gardeners who love all seeds as He loves them, unconditionally.
