Where does the soul
Find respite
From the storms of life --
Where does the soul
Find inner peace
When all seems
To have fallen apart --
Where does the soul
Find solitude
When there is a crushing
Of the heart...

Where does the soul
Reach for the hand of God
To discover
That it is in the reaching
That the soul is saved --
Where does the soul
Find the strength
To go on
And one day to
Walk the streets
Of heaven which for them
Have been paved...

Where does the soul
Enter into the quietness
With God
To share moments
In prayer --
Where does the soul
Find the depth
Known only when they realize
How deeply our Father
Does care...

The respite of the soul
Is a quiet place
Where God alone abides --
A place where
The soul can take
A prayerful moment
With THE Almighty --
Where the soul
Truly may see...

Let it be
That the soul
May find respite
In the dawning of the day
In the ebbing of the eve --
But most of all
May the soul
Find respite
From this life
In the moments
Spent with God
Before its blending
With eternity...

This has potential, a few poetic basics and this message becomes crystal clear.
