Artist, inventor, musician, writer, he has too much creativity to specialize in just one thing. He isn’t hugely talented but talent is not so important to him. He would rather be admired for the creativity of his mind than the talent of his hands.
He is driven, not in seeking fame, fortune or glory, but to achieve something of lasting value and of real worth. Something that will speak powerfully to the mind and to the heart.
He subconsciously fears that he will never live up to his potential. That he has too much creativity to be made practical. He fears his creative genius will be wasted. That his supposed destiny might never be fulfilled.
Then a little sparrow speaks wisdom and he is given ears to hear. She speaks of Heaven where our creative souls are free from the limits of mind and flesh. The thought inspires and excites him. He realizes for the first time that his creativity does not end at his death but continues into the next life. That his destiny is not what he can do in this small amount of time, but is what he will accomplish throughout all of eternity.
In Heaven, we will not be limited to the colors of the visible spectrum that our physical eyes can see, but we will see in infinite colors, and create such beautiful art that has never been imagined. We will not be limited to the sounds our physical ears can hear, for we will have spiritual ears to hear infinite sounds, and what music we will make. Our new spiritual bodies with unlimited talents and abilities will be free to express our creativity perfectly and beautifully. And we will worship God with all that is within us, all our creativity.
And now this man would humbly speak to those who seek his wisdom: We are not here on earth to fulfill our destiny, to achieve our potential or be as great as we can be, for such things will not see fulfillment in this lifetime but are the things of eternity. Instead seek God, and in everything you do, do it to please him. For he is the one who fulfills all the desires of our heart.
