Do you believe Jesus died and rose again?
Do you believe Jesus became the perfect sacrifice for your sin?
Do you think when God spoke all life began?

A thousand years on Earth, is like a day in Heaven.
So when ministers preach the end is near for a thousand earth years,
Do you believe only one day has gone by in God's sphere?

Since we humans can't explain how the earth was populated; we need to believe the Bible. It says we are all descendants of Adam. The wording could be construed to mean that God only made one man, or that He made several at the same time.

Who did Cain marry? That's a question often asked. A Sister? That is forbidden.
Did Abel father children before he died? If so, he could have married a niece. Did Eve have several more children between Cain and Able. We don't always know the names of the ones not directly in Jesus' linage.

So, do we believe that in the thousand earth years that went by after God made the earth and living things, that man and women populated a lot of the earth. Then God decided that he wanted to create a special man, one that would not know evil. God made him a special garden so he could live without any trouble. If he kept God's commandment, to not eat of that one tree. When he passed that test, he would be the one to sacrifice for our sins? Do you have another belief?

God had created man with a brain and a free will. He made him a perfect wife also. But, since man wasn't a part of God, he could not keep from sinning. I can imagine what God thought when Adam failed.

“Well, this experiment failed. I so wanted someone to spend time with. Someone that would keep my laws. I don't think I made it too hard on them, I only forbade one tree. Now, I will have to find one woman on earth, no, two. One to carry a forerunner and one to carry my Son. I have to have someway to … wait, I think I have already written this out in my book of creation and life. Guess I had better go check.”

Now, we know that God knows all, that He didn't need to look up information like we do. It just helps to give him earthly qualities sometimes.

Man still has a brain and a free will today. We have to ask God, in Jesus name, to help us. We have to accept that help gracefully and hold on to it, never let doubt enter our mind. Believe in the Lord with all our might. Have faith that his word is the exact truth and that He will never leave you or forsake you. Man will, God won't.

This story is a work of fiction, only loosely based on God's word. Can you question God? I can't. The scripture, 2nd Peter 3:8 of the King James Version says: “But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” Figuring this, It took seven thousand earth years for God to create the world. Jesus has only been dead for 2,012 earth years which is 2 days and a fraction of another in Heaven. Jesus was dead on earth for 3 days before the resurrection. Will he come back after 3 of Heaven's years? Only the Father knows the time. We must be ready at all times.

Interesting thoughts for sure. A little hard to follow in some places, but I enjoyed your ponderings, and absolutely believe in your message. We MUST believe Him!

You do a nice job of posing some questions that have plagued humanity for such a long time. It's nice to have a piece that makes one think. I did think your logic about Cain marrying a niece to be off just a bit because the same question of who did Abel marry could be asked. I know God thinks in ways beyond our minds. I know a lot of people say when I get to heaven the first thing I'm going to ask God is... Personally I believe as we get ready to whip our lists of questions out, a sense of peace will wash over us and we won't care what the answers are. nice job of making one really think.

You certainly know how to put words together. Each sentence is well written and grammatically correct.

My only problem is there are too many words and too many questions. There is not a single thought or conclusion to the article and I was left overwhelmed.

Keep writing. You have a talent!
