Because I have been justified.
I’m cleansed with Jesus’ blood,
Since it was for me He died.
Oh yes, He gave His young life;
But He rose on the third day
Which made my salvation complete.
He hears from Heaven when I pray.
He sent His Holy Spirit
To abide within my heart;
To guide, convict, and bless
When I’m tempted to depart.
With each confession in prayer,
Forgiveness comes my way;
Because He paid the price
For the times I ‘m prone to stray.
What a blessed recollection,
When He first came to abide within.
He changed my life completely,
Removed my heavy load of sin.
I cannot help but share the news.
My Jesus also died for you.
When you dedicate your life to Him,
He will always see you through.
It only takes a minute,
To empty your life of sin.
Let Jesus guide your life,
And you will have rest within.
He’s coming again someday.
I believe it is very soon.
Will your heart be ready,
Or will you meet your doom?
There is a price to pay,
When you reject your Savior;
Because your Spirit never dies
When you enter the great forever.

The rhythm of the poem was off a bit in a few places, but didn't detract from the piece overall.
