Many times in our lives the devil is plotting to get a foothold into our reality. Yes God is standing beside us and provides our every need, however Satan is devious. He sneaks around corners and appears from nowhere amongst the fogginess before us. The fear of the unknown causes disorientation and unbelief. He causes us to become confused. He takes our hand and travels with us to destinations not desired. Satan does not know our thoughts though and this is the key to becoming unconfused. The devil knows not how to read out inner most thoughts, only God can do this. Once we learn this valuable lesson we can be set free from any footholds the devil may have upon us.
Speaking in a clear, audible voice we can make Satan himslef confused. We can send him running for the hills in disbelief. What a power we possess if only we learn to tap into it. We speak our minds so often out loud this should be easy. Speaking to Satan and banishing him from our lives, however, is not as easy as it sounds for some. Only with the power of God beside us can we travel though unknown paths in our lives and be separated from our sins. Only through the grace of Jesus can we speak with authority in our voices. Being confused no more we can conquer the world before Satan’s work is done in others. Tell Satan to be gone. Tell him he has no authority in your life or the lives of those around you. Speak out against hidden sin. Shout at the devil, you have the power to make him leave your presence.
Still confused? Turn to God. Let Him work through you. Let the devil see you are not a worthy opponent. Give him no footholds in your life. Teach God’s mercy to others so they may learn how to shout at the devil. Remember, God can hear your inner most thoughts, the devil is deaf to the requests of the heart, he can only hear audible words. Don’t be embarrassed to talk out loud to the very spirit which dampens your mental status. Stand up for yourself and those whom you love. Read the scriptures. Put on your armor so you may be protected from the fiery arrows. Show mercy. Have faith. Walk the Walk. Speak the truth. Before long the confused state of mind will be gone and the devil will be nowhere to be seen.
Me confused? I must have had a mental blockage. I thought I was confused, but I was wrong–-God just whispered, “I love you!” in my ear. He is waiting to say it to you.

I like this line too, "Read the scriptures. Put on your armor so you may be protected from the fiery arrows." Excellent reminder! Thanks!
