“Job stood up and tore his robe in grief. Then he shaved his head and fell to the ground to worship. He said, ‘I came naked from my mother’s womb, and I will be naked when I leave. The LORD gave me what I had, and the LORD has taken it away. Praise the name of the LORD!’” (Job 1:20-21, NLT).
Just how terrible would the result be being done out of intense grief, knowing that his children and his earthly treasures as live stocks which he had raised his whole life have all gone, all at an instant and without “just” reason! Was he angry? Not with God, but his might was poured on to his robe and hair, manifesting honesty in deliberately showing his grief. In chapter 3, it is seen that he hated his life and cursed the day of his birth. Was he rebelling? Not with a clear judgment. His next words contained a piteous expression of confusion and bitterness. Being upright and God-fearing, was he comforted right away? Not with an explanation; instead, he suffered much desperation for an answer. His emotions were just so extreme that even if blindfolded I could have been a better barber.
So, what’s so pleasing about it? Despite all his sufferings, he still stood up, honored God and acknowledged His sovereignty. All his heartaches turned into worship. In this we see that a life devoted to God does not choose what to experience or tackle, but offers itself wholeheartedly to the Almighty. It recognizes that whatever happens, God is to be glorified and we are to be humbled. Job was not only shaving for himself or for people, but he shaved mainly for the Lord who “sees clearly what a man does, examining every path he takes” (Proverbs 5:21, NLT). Take the best cut, and worship God.

Quite a "fashion statement," huh? I enjoyed reading this.
God Bless~
That is a profound statement, which gave more meaning to the entire piece. We must surrender ourselves to divine providence.
The opening was a bit baffling, but that cleared up later. You certainly have a very creative mind and I am sure that God is going to use your writing in a mighty way. Good job. Keep at it. Always grow.
