The Bridegroom draws near...
I can hardly wait to hear.
My Savior calling me,
He is the one I long to see.

Jesus is preparing us...
With the cleansing of His blood.
Crucifying our fleshly desires,
Waiting on Jesus for that very hour.

I want to be prepared...
To meet Jesus in the air.
When He calls my name,
I will never be the same.

The wedding bells will ring.
Jesus will give a shout to bring
His Bride all dressed in white.
Bridle bells will ring to our delight.

An invitation to a wedding...
At the banquet tables setting.
The banquet will be like no other,
Seeing our sisters and brothers.

We will be rejoicing with our King...
At the head of the table we will see.
Our Lord and Savior,
The One whom we worship and adore.

It will be a reunion with the young and the old alike
From all stages of life.
The Lord's table all lined with heavenly food.
I know the wedding feast is coming soon.

Let the wedding bells ring...
Chiming...
Ding-Dong, Ding-Dong.
A joyous sound in heavenly songs.

Dear Lord, we await Your calling...
Our wait turns into longing.
To see You at Heavens Gate.
