Withdrawn
He walked into the church
Washed in the Light
Holy Spirit dance of praise
Free from torment and darkness
A new feeling for his soul

Hugs
Love
Free
He walked into the house
Drowned in darkness
Familiar spirits swarmed
Longing for the light
Confusion filled his soul
Lost
Alone
Rage
Bondage
His Gun in hand
No moment to think
Can’t breathe
Darkness swallowed his light
And won
Questions
Doubts
Loss
Friends
His body burned
Ash to ash
Family and friends
Who don’t even speak
Say final words
Flowers
Tears
Rage
Accusations
His ultimate decision
Good or bad
Is final for all
Who loved unconditionally
Heaven or hell
Dark
Light
Right
Wrong
God is God
We cannot judge
He loved the Light
Misunderstood God’s mercy
Made a choice
Chains
Bound
Grace
Free
A battle fought
In the heavenlies
Light scatters shadows
Darkness swallowed his light
And won
