Are realized
With the passing
Years
Through happiness
And lonely
Tears --
It is then
That we recall
What brought
Us to the reality
That we know today
In the joy
We have come
To know
And share
Along our way...
It is in the sunset
Of our lives
That we find
The truth --
That LOVE
Is the blessing
Of Our Lord
When marriage
Is lived
According
To HIS word...
When the hill
Is on the other side
Of the years
That have past
There will be left
The SWEET memories
That last...
Dreams truly
Do come true
When the Father's
Plan is followed
And HIS
Direction is sought --
Then blessing
Falls upon a union
Between husband
And wife
That cannot be bought...
When the morning
Of the marriage
Covenant
Is the memory
Of yesterday --
And the evening
Of the elder
Years have arrived --
Remember that
It is by
Our Heavenly Father's
Grace
That we have survived...
