This was written for all mothers.
Was missing my late mother so much one day and these words came to me. She truly was a great and wonderful mom.
When God created Mothers.
When God created mothers
He did so with a smile
He knew there would be no other
So it took Him quite awhile.
He knew she would be strong
He wanted her to care
He filled her heart with a love song
She would be something rare.
She wipes away our tears
She loves it when we smile
And throughout our childhood years
She walks the extra mile.
Today give God all praise
For the gift of her to you
As your arms to Him you raise
Let your love for her renew.
