Out of thousands of entries to the FaithWriters Writing Challenge over the past year, Only 36 first place Editors Choice winners were contenders. And of those, only ONE entry, and writer, could be chosen as BEST OF THE BEST. And that person wins a whopping $300 prize, and the proverbial BoB  crown. Second place receives $100, and third $75.

FaithWriters is excited to announce the first of several ministry blog contests with PAID writing opportunities as the first and second place prizes.

Anyone is eligible to enter these contests (silver, gold, or platinum members), and, in addition to the prizes, they could lead to paid writing opportunities at the ministry.

Some of you probably noticed that we had technical difficulties with the topic change yesterday for the FaithWriters Writing Challenge.  Somehow,  Current Affairs, the topic that was supposed to go live, did not, and instead was marked as “judged.”

The new FaithWriters owners, Mike and Bea Edwards, have been busy developing new opportunities for members to get their writing out to the world. And one new way they are doing this is through newly-begun blogging contests. These contests are a chance for members of ALL levels (silver included!) to write content for Biblically sound Christian websites, with the opportunity for possible writing assignments – sometimes paid ones.
