We’re coming down the home stretch! Only one more month until BoB is crowned! Here are the next two contenders for this coveted award. Be sure to read and comment on all of the entries in the running, as well as offer your congrats and encouragement to the entrants. Each of these entries are deserving of their first-place win.
SHERI GORDON - Sheri is a native Southern Californian. She considers herself blessed by God with an amazing husband of 26 years, 2 incredible boys (18 & 23) and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Sheri didn’t enjoy writing much in school, but here she is, a contender for the Best of the Best! Sheri says she wakes up each morning excited to see where God will be taking her that day. His power has been awesome in her life, and she is thankful to be used by Him to share His message and love with others.

CAROL SLIDER - Carol is a former orchestra education coordinator who is now a homeschooling mother. She has a couple of degrees in English literature, and especially enjoys reading classics and mysteries. Carol has written quite a few novels for her own enjoyment, but Faithwriters has given her the opportunity to learn how to write a coherent (and concise!) short story. She’s also a symphonic chorus member and pianist, and enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband and son.
Entry in the running: EVERYTHING YOU LEFT BEHIND
LORI OTHOUSE- Lori believes that we are responsible for what we do with what God has given us. She says God has given her a love of words and she desires to use that for His glory. Since words can bring life and death, Lori wants to bring that life to people. She prays that in His hands, God can use her broken vessel to do something significant for Him.
