We're getting Big and Growing UP
Not so little any more
Our church has grown and learnt a lot
But Five is special and so grown up
At one a church is just begun
You wonder when people will come!
Pastors have to carry on
Even if they preach to only one!
At two you wonder if you'll make it through
To three,Or if maybe,
it is time to close the doors
Unless some come to build the core
Pastors have to watch and pray
For leaders who will come and stay
Development's delayed if a church can't form
A leadership that weathers storms
A core that can carry through
The vision the Pastors must not lose
But FIVE
FIVE is special
Five is Big School in the Church of God
Five is really, really growing up
Five is when the leaders start to think
Of what six and seven might surely bring
Five is when we carry our own satchel
Five is really something special
Five is walking tall and sure
That it was worth what went before
Five is when you can walk and talk and think out things
Five is when Big Church REALLY begins
