Personalizing Ministry to Targeted Individuals
Serious Spiritual Combat in the Last Days
Since I write and publish at Faithwriters, I also get messages from people who have read my articles. The majority of messages being sent to me are from other Targeted Individuals (TIs) since I have written extensively about this subject. TIs can get very desperate at times because they are experiencing torture and abuse at the hands of covert operators, and family and other associates do not understand what is happening to them. They send me sometimes desperate messages. Their lives are on the line and they have no one to turn to. There isn’t usually a lot I can do, but I can respond. When I respond I like that person on the other end to know that I am interested in what they had to say.
For TIs, personal communication with someone who actually understands what they are going through is very important. This is a serious issue. It isn’t a ‟cause”. It is life threatening. The TI feels isolated and alone, and someone is systematically taking their life apart, deliberately trying to drive them out of their mind and or induce the individual to commit suicide. Targeting individuals in this way is exactly the same as that which individuals who have experienced Satanic Ritual Abuse have had to endure. So responding to someone who is enduring this kind of assault had to be done sensitively and sincerely.
If you are the TI and you are desperate to talk to someone, life can be more than a little frustrating. Very few christian ministries understand the seriousness of the issue and are ill equipped to respond appropriately. Too much of church ministry today is very impersonal, businesslike and overly professional. If a TI reached out to someone via the web they are likely to get a canned response welcoming them to make a donation with a list of service times and possibly some literature. This needs to change. As we move toward the last days, we need to train ourselves to be personal, warm, empathetic. Face to face or at least voice to voice responses from someone who genuinely cares is going to become imperative if we are going to be effective. Don’t ask for donations from a TI, because TIs are usually strapped for cash. Financially, most are barely getting bye.
Consider this, individuals who are being hounded and harassed by stalkers are at risk. They cannot call the police, because the Organized Vigilante Stalking (OVS) program has roped law enforcement into cooperating. That includes the FBI also. Lawyers, doctor’s and others in the helping professions have also been roped into playing the game. Heavy duty deception in this program is involved in order to gain the cooperation of all these people. So the target is virtually alone and absolutely defenseless. So I ask you, what would Jesus do?
When Jesus walked this earth, there were no cell phones or telephones period, laptops nor internet. There was not even a printing press, not to mention high powered industrial christian ministries. Jesus was a face to face kind of minister and so were his disciples. Individual people mattered to Jesus. So if the woman at the well reached out to your ministry today, what kind of a response would she get from your church? What about the Canaanite woman or the multitude of other individuals Jesus touched when he was on this earth. What would they get if they reached out to your church? Would it impact them in the same way Jesus impacted them when he was on this earth? Or would they hit a digital wall blocking them from receiving any support?
I volunteered to sit the prayer line at my church for a couple of years. My very first call was from a TI. From there on afterward I had several calls, almost every shift, from individuals who were being targeted. Many of them knew they were being targeted, and many did not yet understand OVS. Because I have researched OVS I can quickly discern the ‟symptoms.” A target is identified when these thing occur in clusters and repeatedly over a long period of time. Because someone has lost a job doesn’t mean they are a target. However, in combination with other things in the following list, it becomes clear that there is something unusual going on. The things TIs usually experience are as follows;
- increasing economic hardships which results from loss of employment or being underemployed.
- emotional harassment in the work environment as well as at church and even at home.
- loss of support from family members and friends either because they are cooperating with the targeting or because they just don’t understand the seriousness of the problem.
- character assassination- targeting includes a smear campaign which is often very subtle so person’s associated with the target don’t realize that they have been duped.
- prolonged isolation and lonelineshomelessness particularly when the person has a good work history and is very educated
- vandalization of vehicles and homes.
- attacks on their health due to directed energy weapons (DEW) or chemicals and/or poisons. DEW assault can include: sever muscle cramps; sleeplessness or forced sleep; electronic rape; eye and ear pain; migraine headaches; electronically induced dreams which can be very frightening as well as erotic; electronically induced depression; hearing voices because DEW penetrates the brain with sound bypassing the ear canal commonly called voice to skull or V2K; illnesses that cannot be diagnosed because their origin is electronic. Repeated DEW assault can cause real illnesses such as radiation poisoning, heart attack, memory loss, brain damage, and cancer.
- break ins and home invasions
- tampering with prescriptions mediations
- theft of personal property
- mail tampering and theft
- computer hacking
- blocking of phone calls and emails
- identity theft
- constant surveillance including phone tapping and complete loss of privacy
- inappropriate medical or psychiatric diagnoses
- staged auto accidents .
The assault on the target’s life is continuous and relentless because the goal is to drive the TI out of their mind and into a psychiatric hospital, into jail or to commit suicide. It is covert, and very subtle so when a target tries to explain what is happening it looks like the target is imagining things. They are not. The attack is real, purposeful and deadly. For the target, maintaining a sense of balance is critical if they are going to survive.
OVS is Satan’s game, but many christians are participating because they don’t know what they are doing. One article entitled Confessions of a Gangstalker available on the web (https://gangstalkingsurfers.wordpress.com) reveals how christians are led to believe they are doing something positive by participating. My personal experience corroborates this testimony. I encountered a believer who was a stalker who became very angry at me while I was explaining to other believers what stalkers were doing. Ministries are not responding because they have been fed a line about the purpose of OVS and the nature of the targeting. We as christians have to reevaluate who we are and what we are here for. We are in the last days and the closer we get to that final hour on earth, the more difficult life will become here on earth. Jesus clearly indicated that we would experience great suffering as the end draws near.
For there will be great suffering, such as has not happened from the beginning of the world until now, no, nor ever will be. And except those days were shortened, not any flesh would live. But on account of the chosen, those days will be shortened (Matthew 24:21-22, HRB)
Many christians believe that the church would be raptured out of here before this suffering begins. However, Jesus was talking to his disciples when he spoke those words, and he would be warning believers, people who actually listen to him, about these sufferings indicating that they would be so severe that literally no one would survive if he did not intervene. For the sake of his own, he intervenes. If his own weren't suffering he would not be intervening on their behalf. This is the worst period of suffering in human history, he says, and it will never occur again. This would have to, therefore, eliminate the possibility that a more severe tribulation period would occur after the rapture.
Forming a ministry to TIs in the last days will cause us to rethink ministry altogether. Large mega churches have a challenge to face when it comes to making ministry personal. Many have responded by hiring multiple associate pastors. This is a good idea. Also small groups form that meet throughout the week in individual homes. This increases the personal contact individuals have with the ministry. But I would recommend we go further, especially as we near the end.
When I was a case manager, I managed a case load of about 30 to 40 people. I made regular house calls on a monthly basis to keep in contact with individuals on my case load and their families. They also had my number in case anything came up. We also had a case manager on call at all times in case of emergencies. For TIs, human contact is essential. Breaking the isolation is imperative. The isolating of targets leaves them in the control of those who want to do them harm. This has to stop. The only way to do it is to send a clear message to the stalkers that this person has and will have support. Encouraging the TI to participate in the life of the body is also important. There is strength in numbers. Keep in mind, OVS involves gaining the cooperation of pastors and church leaders as well. This is done deceptively. However, it is a clear violation of our principles to participate in this, a heinous crime.
Taking a stand against OVS and supporting TIs is absolutely the ‟christian” thing to do. To do otherwise would be to abandon Christ on the cross. It is not going to be easy. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. OVS participants will retaliate. Therefore entering into a ministry to TIs involves prayer, sacrifice, spiritual warfare and good old intestinal fortitude. Expect to endure for the long haul. This is not for the faint of heart. We need pastors and lay leaders with a deep spiritual commitment and back bone. Ministry to TIs involves sacrifice and advocacy on the behalf of the targeted in your communities. It involves entering into battle in the political arena. It involves simple direct supports such as providing food, shelter as well as companionship. Practical ministry is hand to heart combat.
We need to keep in mind that we are also commanded to love our enemies. The stalker on the street may not really want to do anyone any harm, but he may be also trapped. Those who rule these stalker gangs have an occult mentality. They are nihilists, have no moral or ethical code, no conscience, and no concern for their fellow man. They have narcissistic bully personalities. What they have is an agenda, and they rule these gangs with fear and intimidation (refer again to Confessions of a Gangstalker) . The people who get involved in these gangs may or may not understand that they are committing a crime against an innocent soul. However, they may have nowhere else to turn and no one else to turn to for life support. If the gospel were presented to them along with a commitment to provide support to help them get out of their gangs we could win some. This would require some heavy duty commitment and intestinal fortitude because stalkers have been trained to deceive. Coming face to face with a stalker, and knowing that is who you are dealing with, might be a rare occurrence. However, they are in your church. Pastors absolutely have to address this issue from the pulpit. You may never have an opportunity to look a stalker in the face, unless the stalker is willing to come forward and confess. He or she will never get there unless addressed from the pulpit and invited to come and repent. Keep in mind this may be a dangerous thing for a stalker to do, so providing the opportunity at a time an place where the identity of the stalker can be kept confidential may also be necessary. Many Christians have been deceived into participating in this game, and they maybe in danger of loosing their souls if they do not repent. They may be gradually lured deeper and deeper into the operation until they are trapped.
Stalkers are also involved in human trafficking. Single women living alone are the largest number of targets. They are being repeatedly electronically raped. It is not hard to see how their economic stability is being driven down to the point where they can end up selling themselves on the street or even be forced into prostitution. Stalkers will walk off the street into your church and begin to canvas your church for women who are alone. They can and will deliberately discredit such women and tear what supportive relationships they have apart. They will work at driving them away from your congregations. Gossip and rumors are tools that stalkers are trained to use. One targeted woman I spoke to said she was ostracized from her church because the stalkers spread rumors that she was lesbian.
OVS is a worldwide problem now and millions are being affected by it. Awareness is the first step to curbing the problem. Inoculating our congregations against this crime involves vigilance and commitment. This is why regular, personal, face to face communication with at risk members of our congregations is vitally important. At risk members are single women living alone, single men also, and elderly people. Anyone can become a target including law enforcement personnel. Anyone who is going through a crisis of any kind needs also this kind of support. Single mothers in crisis, someone who has lost a job for any reason, someone experiencing a medical, marital or other family crisis needs extra support. The shepherd needs to guard his sheep and watch for wolves.
We are heading into a time of great distress. It is time to reevaluate our priorities, pare down, and stick together. They used to teach us about Daniel in the lion’s den in Sunday school, and also Gideon and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the fiery furnace. It is time we remembered those lessons. It’s time to fight. So prepare for war and think about how christians fight in an age of darkness.
II Corinthians 10: 3-4 For though we do live an earthly life, yet we do not serve worldly things; for the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but of the power of Elohim to the demolition of strongholds... (HRB).
