Sad news for the world to hear of the death of Paul Walker in a car crash. The good news is that he was openly trusting Christ as his Savior. He was and is a Christian, Christ follower. Therefore he is in heaven with God.
Being a follower of Jesus today is fearful to many who are yet to believe especially in Hollywood. We all want to fit in and be accepted and following Jesus can often lead to rejection. Even though he was a actor and had a great desire to be accepted by the masses, it appears that Paul Walker did not bow to the pressure of the world when it came to his trust in Jesus.
If you are not a Christian you may not understand how this could actually be a time of celebration for Paul and a time of prayer for his family and friends. Because Paul was a human being like all of us we can safely assume that he was not perfect, just like you or me. Yet today he is He is safe and freer than he has ever been not because of who he was or what he did in this life. He is with God because he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
I also know that when he went sat down in the Porsche with his friend for a quick thrill ride, he was probably thinking what else he had to do that day, he was not thinking about or expecting to die. I know he had many fans out there and the best way you can honor his memory is to check out Jesus, since like Paul none of us know when will die. I know for certain that Paul would want this for you.
