As the Lord giveth,
He can take it away
when His plans change
He'll make another way.
One day your fine,
the next one, not so much
when God's plans change
it's by His design and touch.
One moment you have,
the next one, you have naught
when God's plans change
there's a lesson to be taught.
As the Lord giveth,
sometimes He takes it away
when His plans change
your heart too, He will sway.
One second it's all yours,
the next one, it's all gone
when God's plans change
to Him you will be drawn.
For when God changes His plans,
be willing to change yours too
for He has mightier things . . .
that He wants you to do!
