Bro. Jefferson Bethke’s the guy who made the YouTube video that got 11 to12 million views within a week’s time is on point. I am surprised that the millions only viewed because they felt he was out of order, in what he was saying and believe. How ironic it is when something is not what we want, that the freedom of it, especially speech becomes obsolete. However, religion (formality) has no bearings on a person’s relationship with Christ; and this is exactly what the Lord came to destroy, “Religion” (Col. 2:8).

Those who are angry are the ones with such spirit in question. The spirit of religion operating in a person will condemn, make unrighteous judgment, be unloving, unforgiving, willfully sin and the likes but because they are warming a pew every time the church doors open and hold a position in the church, they feel justified and right. Jesus died to deliver the world from such hypocrisy and sins but yet it has gotten so prevalent that you do not know the saints from the sinners anymore.

This spirit believes that they and their churches are the only ones who are right and the only ones who know the true and living God. These are the people who will destroy a church and cause people to leave who are really sincere in their convictions and worship. I have been there and done that, as well as to this day knows of people who are willingly and flagrantly sinning but do NOT see their error and will judge and condemn others for whatever fault they may know or see in them. I am grateful for the delivering and saving grace of Jesus Christ, my Lord.

Self-righteousness is one of the main and top attributes of this spirit and they honestly believe it is right. There is NO revelation or transformation in their lives at ALL. They have no power, glory or anointing. They have no revelation, dedication, or admiration to or for the truth nor do they desire it. They will actually kill you as the religious ones did Jesus. The truth, I say has a lot in common as a murderer, it carries a death sentence.

It is sad how the truth yet remains to be a threat to the people in our society. Yes it hurts but it also helps. It is the “truth” that makes and set you free. Everything that was created good, mankind has declared it wrong or off. People walked away from Jesus even His disciples (70) other than the close “12” for a lack of understanding and dislike of the truth. There is a flaw in the majority that says I want it my way or no way to appease their flesh, clicks and circles.

When a person decides to reject what is true, they have taken on a mindset and lifestyle that states, that they are misguided, bewildered and foolish. The enemy had a field day of accusing the brethren to the Lord from so many attacks against the young man and ironically for the truth, during that time. What good is it to have and serve a God that brings nothing of value or substance to your life, only to have you committed to rules, dogma and regulations that do NOT keep, change nor enhance you.

I am appreciative for the young man being bold and courageous enough to voice his opinion which is a correct one and he should NOT let the haters and naysayers sway his belief. I give him a five star and big thumbs up for exposing this spirit. I hope that it opens the eyes of those who are lost but feel they are free. I pray that the people will read the “Word of God” and stop be misled by false and uneducated leaders. This truth is needed so that the Lord’s death would no longer be deemed worthless, confusing and in vain to those who seeks truth as well as the unbelievers. I thank you Bro. Bethke for standing on and for the truth.

Scriptures to Read: Matt. 15:9, Prov. 23:23, 2 Thess. 2:10-12, Eph. 4:25, Rev. 21:8.

I have found a site that helps more in exposing and explaining this spirit in fuller details.
