The Merger of Christianity and Islam: Another Abomination to the Lord God Jehovah

Another new religious phenomenon is making inroads into America’s Christian churches. This phenomenon is the merger of Christianity and Islam, which is an abomination to the Lord God Jehovah. Apparently, once again, America’s postmodern Christian churches have decided that there is a better way to get to Heaven than the way paid for by the death of Jesus Christ. Also, how can complete opposites merge into a single unity when the God of Christianity advocates love and peace, while the god of Islam advocates violence and death? Evidently, the Christian churches that promote such a merger believe that they can change the mindset of a religion that has its roots from Ishmael, the son of Abraham, the Father of all nations, by his wife’s handmaiden Hagar. However, since God had promised Abraham a son whose bloodline would bring the world Jesus Christ, Ishmael would have no place in God’s future plan for the salvation of mankind. Therefore, since Islam would eventually be established by Ishmael’s seed, there is no place for the teachings of Islam to be propagated inside the sanctuaries of America’s Christian churches.
From the time of the conception of Ishmael, trouble reined supreme in Abraham’s camp. As stated in Genesis 16:1-12, Hagar began to mistreat Sarah, Abraham’s wife, in a contemptible manner. Hagar wanted to continually remind Sarah that she was pregnant. Needless to say, Hagar didn’t realize that she was going to bring on serious consequences for her actions. Eventually, Sarah discussed the situation with Abraham and he suggested that she solve the problem herself, since it was her handmaiden. As a result of Sarah reprimanding her harshly, Hagar fled from the camp out into wilderness. But, while in the wilderness, Hagar had a visitation from the Angel of the Lord. The Angel of the Lord told Hagar to return to her mistress and submit herself to her. He also told her that her seed would be multiplied and that she was with child. In fact, the Angel of the Lord told Hagar to call her child Ishmael. More importantly, the Angel of the Lord said that Ishmael would grow up and become a wild man; his hand would be against everyone that he encounters and vice versa. Ultimately, the character of Ishmael would be transmitted to all his descendants up to the present. Therefore, since Islam would eventually be established by Ishmael’s seed, there is no place for the teachings of Islam to be propagated inside the sanctuaries of America’s Christian churches.
Finally, as stated in Genesis 20:1-21, fourteen years later, Isaac, the child that God promised Abraham, was born. However, new trouble began to brew when Sarah saw Ishmael mocking her son Isaac. As a result, she begged Abraham to cast Hagar and Ishmael out of the camp, since Ishmael would not be an heir like Isaac. At first, Abraham did not want to cast out his son Ishmael. However, after God told him to do so, since Ishmael would not be an heir as Sarah had previously stated, Abraham did finally force Hagar and Ishmael to leave the camp. While in the wilderness, God did not neglect Ishmael completely. He told Hagar that He would make a nation out of Ishmael’s seed again. Also, God blessed Ishmael as he grew into manhood in the wilderness. Ultimately, he lived a life centered on the use of a bow and arrow, which he eventually passed on to his descendants. In fact, according to Islamic teachings, Muhammad, the founder of Islam, was a direct descendant of Ishmael. Of course, this could be the reason that Muhammad used force to persuade those he conquered to accept Islam. Therefore, since Islam was founded by a descendant of Ishmael who used violence to achieve his religious objectives, there is no place for the teachings of Islam to be propagated inside the sanctuaries of America’s Christian churches.
Unfortunately, though, some of America’s mainline churches are attempting to merge the beliefs of Christianity with the pagan beliefs of Islam. This new religious merger would be known collectively as Chrislam. However, Chrislam is a lie from the pits of Hell. It is a religion that is filled with neo-pagan worship in a Christian framework. It is a religion filled with error and fallacy. It is a religion that will ultimately destroy Christianity in America and the world. It is a religion that could very well be the foundation for the one world church of the future. It is a religion that goes against the teachings of the Bible, specifically the scriptures found in II Corinthians 6: 14-15. It reads, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? and what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?” Therefore, since Islam refuses to accept Jesus Christ as God’s Only Begotten Son and since Christianity refuses to accept Muhammad, a mere human, as a divine representative of the Lord God Jehovah, how then can these two faiths merge?
But, what methods are being used to merge Christianity and Islam. First, scriptures from the Holy Bible and the Qur’an are read in each service and copies of both books are located in the pews. However, it makes no sense to read scriptures from the inspired word of God and then follow it with the reading of similar scriptures from the uninspired Qur’an, since the Bible is the only inspired word of God. As stated in II Peter 1:20-21, “Know this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” Also, it makes no sense to place copies of the Qur’an in the pews along side the Bible, since it might entice some Christians who are “babes in Christ” to actually read it and accept that a belief in Islam could lead them to Heaven. In fact, it makes about as much sense as putting a dove in a cage with a poisonous snake. Of course, the outcome would be death of the dove, just like the mixing of Christianity with Islam would mean the death of Christianity. Ultimately, the reading of the Bible and the Qur’an in a Christian worship service would be just as dangerous to a Christian as it would be for him or her to stick his or her hand in a scorching fire; he or she would be burned and possibly maimed and confused for the remainder of his or her life. Also, the reading of the Bible and the Qur’an in a Christian worship service would be just as dangerous to a Christian as it would be for him or her to play with a poisonous snake. As a result, the poisonous snake would cause physical death, whereas mixing Christianity with Islam would cause spiritual death. Therefore, Chrislam should be viewed as a “damnable heresy,” as recorded in II Peter 2:1. It reads, “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.”
Second, Sunday Schools and Bible Studies would use the teachings of Jesus Christ and His so-called Islamic counterpart Muhammad to promote the ideals of Chrislam. But, in reality, there is no way under Heaven to compare the life of Jesus Christ and the life of Muhammad. Jesus Christ was deity; Muhammad was only a human. Jesus Christ prayed to God His Father; Muhammad prayed to Allah, which is considered to be a false god according to the Bible. Jesus Christ advocated love and peace; Muhammad advocated hate and violence. Jesus Christ healed the sick and raised the dead; Muhammad killed those who refused to accept his teachings. Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary for the sins of mankind; Muhammad died from a high fever. Jesus Christ was buried in a borrowed tomb and arose three days later; Muhammad was buried in Medina, Saudi Arabia and he never arose. Jesus Christ ascended back to Heaven in front of many witnesses; Muhammad’s remains are still buried in the same tomb. Finally, Jesus Christ left a legacy of life; Muhammad left a legacy of death. Therefore, it is unimaginable that any Christian Sunday School teacher or Bible Studies leader would compare the life of Jesus Christ with that of Muhammad. However, anyone who would dare to compare the Son of God with a mortal man in a Christian setting should be viewed as a heretic, especially since Islam purports that when Jesus Christ returns to the earth that He will denounce His deity, become a follower of Islam, and help the Islamic Messiah, Mahdi, convert the world to Islam.
Third, Christian gospel songs and Islamic religious songs are completely opposites in their intent and or purpose. Christian songs glorify God the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, but Islamic songs glorify Allah, his prophet Muhammad, and those who were martyred for the Islamic belief. Christian songs recognize Jesus Christ as the Lord God Jehovah’s Son, but Islamic songs recognize Muhammad as the Great Prophet of Allah. Christian songs tell the story of Jesus Christ’s birth, life, death, resurrection, and ascension, but Islamic songs can only tell the story of Muhammad’s birth, life, and death. Christian songs accentuate the power of the blood of Jesus Christ in the lives of His followers now, but Islamic songs only accentuate the heroics of Muhammad when he was alive. Christian songs have the anointing of God placed on them in order to awaken His Spirit that resides in the His followers as they worship Him, but Islamic songs are not anointed by the Holy Ghost, since Islamic believers only worship Allah, a god not recognized by true Christians. Christian songs advocate that there is only one way to Heaven and that way is faith in Jesus Christ, but Islamic songs advocate that Islam is the only way and that followers of Islam must earn their way by following the dictates of the Qur’an without fail. Ultimately, the singing of Christian songs and Islamic songs in the same service are counterproductive. Christian songs would welcome the anointing of the Holy Ghost and Islamic songs would not welcome the Holy Ghost, since Islam does not see Allah as part of a trinity. They see him as a singular, more powerful and more remote god than the Lord God Jehovah. Therefore, the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the darkness of Muhammad cannot be mixed in the praise and worship services held inside Christian churches.
In conclusion, Chrislam is a prime Biblical example of what the Apostle Paul discussed repeatedly throughout the New Testament. Basically, an anti-Christ spirit would be introduced into the church. This spirit would attempt to draw people away from the truth of the gospel. At the same time, the anti-Christ spirit would introduce other ways to Heaven that would contrary to the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a result, many Christians would deny their faith in Jesus Christ and submit themselves to other heretical and damnable doctrines. At stated in I Timothy 4:1-2, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.” Also, in Matthew 7:15-21, it reads,
15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Therefore, any attempts by so-called Christian ministers to merge Christianity with Islam should view the merger for what it is: an abomination to the Lord God Jehovah and a spiritual trap for followers of Jesus Christ. As a result, Christians who believe that there is more than one way to Heaven have already been caught in the trap. Also, Christians who believe in a works salvation have already been caught in the trap. Needless to say, Christians who believe that Allah and the Lord God Jehovah are the same god have already been caught in the trap. Finally, Christians who believe that Chrislam, the merger of Christianity and Islam, is ordained of God have already been caught in the trap.
P.S. The purpose of merging Christianity with Islam is to promote harmony between the two religions and to show possible similarities between the two religions. However, there cannot be any harmony between the two religions, since Islam promotes death for the infidels, which are any and all non-Islamic believers. Also, as seen in the Five Pillars of Islam, there are very few, if any, similarities between the two religions. For example, Islamic believers must recite the creed (There is no god but Allah, and Mohammad is his prophet) at least 125,000 times during one’s lifetime, they must pray five times daily facing Mecca, they must give alms, they must fast from sunrise to sunset during the holy month of Ramadan, and they must make a pilgrimage to Mecca once in their lifetime. But, true Christians would not give recognition to Allah over the Lord God Jehovah and they would not give recognition to Muhammad over Jesus Christ, the Son of the one and only true and living God. As a result, those Christian ministers who are promoting Chrislam in America need to “cease and desist” immediately. If not, the promotion of Chrislam might just be the catalyst that encourages thousands of saved and unsaved Americans to accept Satan’s lie from Hell and, as a result, lose their eternal salvation.
