LOVE AWAKENED
Awake, oh Love and sleep no more your blush never to fade
Tender is the fragrance of this covenant God has made.
Unfolding as fresh dewdrops fall its petals smooth as silk
A rose a sweet reminder of God’s ever flowing milk.
Perfection pure and absolute home spun from His own heart
A gift which He presents to you complete in every part.
He brought you both through time and space as you have become one
This Holy union breathed of God never to be undone.
Never take for granted His tremendous gift to you
Find ways to keep it fresh and new in all you say and do.
Beloved love each other take delight in what God hath wrought
Never give up on the power of the love with which He brought.
