Oh, I found one!

Leah laid the roast beef and baked potato on the plate. She reached for the mozzarella and spread it liberally on both. Into the microwave it went; her dinner - breakfast, actually - had to be a quick one. Leah lays the roast beef and baked potato on the plate. Reaching for the mozzarella, she sprea...

Sorry, Ann....I would participate in both yours and Jan's forum, but I've been completely swamped with work, wedding planning, and other activities! Someday I will I dig through the old forum topics, though.

Congrats to everyone who made the lists! And even those who didn't - just putting something in is a successful venture.

You can jump into Jan's Writing Basics class on the forums here, too. It's an interactive "class" which can help stretch your writing skills, no matter how much you already know. Even the "Masters" participate, so you get a lot of perspectives.

The general rule is that it has to be a new piece of writing. Using the same themes would be okay, but if the words are the same, I dunno....better check with Deb, but my inclination is she'll say no.

In reality, though, I am blessed!!! Thank you so much, judges, for giving a nod to my fluffy little piece.

I'm curious now, though, to see if it was the dreaded 11th spot....
