Thanks. I am not planning on moving up until I place a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, but I was curious because my understanding was that you couldn't move up until you had placed.

I've noticed a couple of comments on entries this week about people moving up a level. One comment said, "You should go ahead and move up to level 2". My understanding of the rules is that we have to place a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in a given level before moving up to the next one. Am I wrong abo...
